did you see any mysql syntax error after started using mysql server for liferay 6?

After creating liferay-ext.properties with database connection entries i have got mysql syntax related issues when i start liferaay 6/.0 server.  this is because of mysql j connector jar comes with liferay portal is not supporting some of the sqls. To resolve this one i have copied mysql j connector jar along mySQL installation

removed  mysql.jar
copied mysql-connector-java-5.1.25-bin
path: C:\Liferayworld\liferay-portal-6.0.6\tomcat-6.0.29\lib\ext
